Environmental Sustainability Declaration of Vector de Ideas S.L.

Vector de Ideas S.L. is a leading company in the organization of events and festivals, distinguished by its productions of MOVE, NOON, MUSAIC, and CLE. Our commitment to sustainability is firm and is reflected in our strategy aimed at reducing our environmental impact. We believe that live events not only have the power to change lives through music and art but also to motivate and promote sustainable practices among our attendees, employees, and partners. Through our festivals, we seek to create memorable experiences while caring for and respecting the environment.

Our Commitment to Climate Change

Climate change is an urgent reality that affects all sectors and communities. At Vector de Ideas S.L., we recognize the importance of taking action to mitigate its effects. We actively contribute to carbon footprint offsetting through our collaboration with the Foresta Foundation of the Canary Islands, helping to restore and protect our forests.

Priority Areas of Sustainability

We have identified eight priority areas that will guide our work towards sustainability in all our events and operations:

Greenhouse Gas Emissions

We work together with the Foresta Foundation of the Canary Islands to offset our carbon emissions. We support reforestation projects that help reduce CO2 in the atmosphere, thus contributing to the fight against climate change.

Energy

We are committed to ensuring that all our events and offices use 100% renewable energy. We implement energy efficiency technologies in our buildings and select partners who help us achieve this goal. We support innovation and the use of clean energy to reduce our environmental impact.

Resource and Waste Efficiency

Our goal is to achieve «zero waste» by 2030. We implement waste management systems in all our events and offices, promoting the reduction, reuse, and recycling of materials. We foster a circular economy and develop waste management plans with our contractors.

Plastic

We are gradually eliminating the use of single-use plastics in all our events. We use reusable, renewable, and compostable alternatives. We work with our partners to find innovative solutions that reduce plastic use and prioritize sustainable materials.

Water

We provide quality drinking water access at all our events. We implement measures to reduce water waste and explore the reuse of greywater. We support innovation in water-saving and reuse technologies to minimize our impact on water resources.

Food

We offer high-quality food with the highest animal welfare standards. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. We minimize food waste and promote composting. We ensure our menus are healthy and sustainable. Public Participation We clearly communicate our sustainable practices and motivate our audience to adopt ecological measures both within and outside our events. We collaborate with local and national environmental causes and organizations to raise awareness about environmental issues.
