ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT
VECTOR DE IDEAS S.L.
Vector de Ideas S.L. is a leading company in the production of events and festivals, renowned for MOVE, NOON, MUSAIC and CLE. Our commitment to sustainability is unwavering and guides every strategic decision aimed at reducing our environmental footprint. We believe live events not only have the power to change lives through music and art, but also to inspire and promote sustainable practices among our audiences, employees and partners. Through our festivals, we strive to create unforgettable experiences while protecting and respecting the environment.
Our Commitment to Climate Action
Climate change is an urgent reality affecting every sector and community. Vector de Ideas S.L. recognises the need for decisive action. We actively offset our carbon footprint in partnership with the Fundación Foresta de Canarias, helping to restore and safeguard our forests.
Priority Areas for Sustainability
We have identified eight priority areas that will steer our sustainability work across all events and operations:
Greenhouse-Gas Emissions
In cooperation with Fundación Foresta de Canarias, we offset our carbon emissions through reforestation projects that reduce atmospheric CO₂ and combat climate change.
Energy
We are committed to supplying 100 % renewable energy to all our events and offices. We deploy energy-efficient technologies in our buildings and select partners who support this objective, fostering innovation and the use of clean energy.
Resource Efficiency and Waste
Our target is zero waste by 2030. We implement waste-management systems at every event and office, prioritising reduction, reuse and recycling and promoting a circular economy with our contractors.
Plastics
We are phasing out single-use plastics at all events, replacing them with reusable, renewable or compostable alternatives and working with partners to prioritise sustainable materials.
Water
We guarantee access to high-quality drinking water at every event, implement water-saving measures and explore grey-water reuse, supporting innovations that minimise pressure on water resources.
Food
We provide high-quality food produced to the highest standards of animal welfare. We work with suppliers who share our sustainability ethos, reduce food waste and encourage composting, ensuring menus are both healthy and sustainable.
Public Engagement
We communicate our sustainable practices clearly and motivate audiences to adopt eco-friendly habits in and beyond our events. We collaborate with local and national environmental organisations to raise awareness of ecological issues.
Transport
We promote public and sustainable transport for festival attendance and work with providers and local authorities to improve transport links, encouraging buses, trams, trains, coaches and bicycles.
Local Impacts
Ecology
Environmental-impact assessments are carried out to protect local biodiversity. Venues and infrastructures are designed with ecologically sensitive areas in mind, safeguarding flora and fauna.
Noise and Light
Measures are implemented to minimise light and noise pollution, ensuring events do not adversely affect local communities.
Local Community
We support local charities and create employment opportunities in the communities where we operate, assessing and enhancing the positive economic impact of our events.
Well-being
We prioritise the health and well-being of all staff and visitors, ensuring safe and healthy conditions across our events and operations.
Governance and Management
Sustainability policy is centrally managed and adapted to each country and region in which we operate. We measure progress annually and engage in certification schemes where appropriate, sharing experiences and best practices with full transparency.

Our efforts align with the United Nations SDGs most relevant to live music events:

Quality Education (SDG 4)
